Permitted use

SmartMacroAI is proprietary software provided for lawful desktop automation. Downloading or using it means you agree to these terms and the license included with the release.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your automations and for complying with applicable law and the terms of every website, application, game, device, and third-party service you use. Do not use SmartMacroAI to gain unauthorized access, evade security controls, harm systems or users, distribute malware, or violate third-party rights.

Third-party and experimental features

Features that depend on drivers, ADB, webhooks, or external AI services may require additional configuration and may be experimental. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

License and disclaimer

The source code remains private. No right to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software is granted except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise or written permission is provided.

The software is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incompatible systems, interrupted services, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
