Google Sign-In data

SmartMacroAI uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate users and associate an account with SmartMacroAI services. The app requests the openid, email, and profile scopes and may receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image.

How data is used

We use this information only for account authentication, licensing, support, security, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for advertising.

Local and optional integrations

Macro scripts and automation data are stored locally by default. Data is sent to third-party services only when you explicitly configure and use an optional integration, such as Discord webhooks or an AI provider. Those services process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Authentication and licensing records may be retained while your account or license remains active and for a limited period afterward where needed for security, legal, or support purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hotrantentien98@gmail.com.

Security and changes

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. SmartMacroAI is not directed to children under 13. Material changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
